Responsibilities
Design and maintain business intelligence dashboards for operational and product teams.
Analyze large datasets to identify performance trends, growth opportunities, and operational bottlenecks.
Develop reports that support executive decision-making.
Monitor key performance indicators across multiple digital platforms.
Collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams.
Build automated reporting pipelines and improve data quality.
Translate complex datasets into clear business recommendations.
Support forecasting, planning, and performance reviews using data-driven insights.
Continuously improve reporting standards and analytical processes.
Who we are looking for:
2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related role.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working with large operational datasets.
Understanding of KPIs, business metrics, and performance reporting.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment.
Upper-Intermediate English or higher
