We are looking for a Business Process Optimization Specialist to analyze workflows, identify operational bottlenecks, and help build more efficient and scalable business processes.
- Analyze existing business processes and operational workflows
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Map processes and define clear workflows, roles, and dependencies
- Develop practical recommendations for process optimization
- Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate operational performance
- Work with data and operational metrics to support improvement decisions
- Collaborate with Operations, Product, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams
- Support the implementation of new processes, tools, and operational standards
- Document workflows, procedures, and process changes
- Monitor implemented improvements and recommend further optimization
- 2+ years of experience in business operations, process optimization, business analysis, or a related field
- Strong understanding of business processes and operational workflows
- Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis
- Ability to identify root causes and translate findings into practical solutionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with KPIs, operational metrics, and performance data
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Structured and detail-oriented approach to work
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
