Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize internal workflows across marketing, analytics, and operations
  • Connect data, tools, and teams into a structured growth system
  • Identify inefficiencies in processes and implement scalable solutions
  • Work closely with performance and product teams to improve execution speed
  • Analyze data to support decision-making and identify growth opportunities
  • Structure reporting systems and ensure data consistency across channels
  • Support experimentation processes and help scale what works

Who we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, growth, or performance-focused roles
  • Strong understanding of how marketing, analytics, and processes connect
  • Ability to think in systems and improve how work is structured
  • Experience working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly
