- Define automation requirements and translate business needs into clear workflows
- Monitor automated processes and identify bottlenecks, errors, and opportunities for improvement
- Build reporting systems to track automation performance and operational efficiency
- Support integrations between internal tools, platforms, and data sources
- Document workflows, processes, and automation logic
- Continuously test and improve existing automation based on performance data and team feedback
- 3+ years of experience in process automation, operations, business systems, or a related role
- Strong understanding of business processes and workflow optimization
- Experience with workflow automation and integration tools
- Ability to map complex processes and turn them into clear, scalable systems
- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and operational metrics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical teams
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows is a strong advantage
- Ability to manage several automation initiatives simultaneously
- English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
