About the role

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to connect sales, marketing, product, and analytics into one clear growth system.

Responsibilities

  • Build and improve revenue workflows across marketing, sales, and product teams
  • Track funnel performance from acquisition to conversion and retention
  • Analyze user behavior, campaign results, and operational data
  • Identify bottlenecks in the customer journey and suggest improvements
  • Create reports, dashboards, and clear performance insights
  • Support experiments with pricing, offers, onboarding, and conversion flows
  • Help teams make decisions based on data, not assumptions

Who we are looking for:

  • Experience in revenue operations, growth operations, product analytics, or business operations
  • Strong understanding of funnels, conversion metrics, and customer journeys
  • Ability to work with data and turn it into practical recommendations
  • Structured thinking and attention to detail
  • Experience with analytics, CRM, dashboards, or automation tools
  • Good written English
  • Ownership mindset and ability to work independently
